Still on track after more than 2 years in OCM and 7 full seasons! MCT is now focusing on remaining active! The recent departure of Telek@m was a great deception as Telek@m's manager was a nice friend of Michel, the actual Manager and co-owner of MCT.
"We started coaching more or less at the same period and this is why we were close to each other" mentioned Michel. After being among the top teams in the 1st league for some seasons, MCT has a really bad time struggling in the 4th Div then started a move up and is now back in the top 100!
Training, races and finding stars are more and more difficult according to Michel! To leave or not, that's the question. Cycling is my life and i would not be able to live a day without my team.
And when replying to questions about the management of the cycling federation, Michel will highlight " Each new element in this game is for new managers! There's little done for ancient! this is why Telek@m left and more recently, Burg Pro Cycling. this should alert the board!"
MCT only hopes to continuing winning races and finding new stars, but hope the necessary will be done to encourage experienced managers to continue with their team!
